SROD 6.0 for Windows is the most comprehensive, powerful, and accurate software for the design and prediction of sucker rod pumping systems. The program, developed for use on the PC (desktop and network), features the latest technologies for rod pumping design and optimization and easy-to-use interface for quick data entry, powerful reports, and standard HTML help system. It includes the other updated programs such as CBal, PumpC, Pump Animation, and SROD Animation. With an easy data entry, SROD comes up with the accurate solutions in optimizing rod string designs, balancing pumping unit, finding out pumping speed for a desired production, designing a proper motor size, and even recommending pumping unit size for you in just a few seconds for most cases. It is an easy-to-use tool for a novice to walk through the design, while keeping the technical data and sophisticated features available for the expert user to review.
