SROD 6.8.2 Build 2 is completed and now available
online at Lufkin
Automation.
New For SROD 6.8.2 Build 2
- Increased compatibility with Word documents, specifically the *.docx format
- Bug preventing saving reports as Word 2002 documents has been fixed.
- Some rods are now available to be selected as regular rods and as sinker bars (ie, CORODs).
- The following pumping unit has been added to SROD:
- Lufkin conventional 456D-365-144
- Bug causing very small rod lengths when using metric or Canadian units has been fixed.
- SROD no longer crashes when using rod counts with an AOT 75 rod.
- Error in saving settings because of read-only settings files has been fixed.
- Problem with wide margins after saving reports has been fixed.
- Other miscellaneous bugs fixes.
Software Distribution
Lufkauto.net allows for rapid and secure distribution
of software to Lufkin Automation customers that have a service contract or a valid license.
SROD users now can log in with an active user name and password and download the latest
version and other updates of leased software. The installation file for SROD 6.8.2 Build 2 is
approximately 47 MB. A fast Internet connection is desirable.
